1. Turmeric Latte

Turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and it also contains a protective active compound called curcumin to enhance skin protection. Afterall Turmeric also helps to boost your immunity while keeping the skin glowy.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- A pinch of ground black pepper
Steps
- Add ingredients into a small saucepan over medium heat
- Whisk until frothy and steaming and you’re done!
2. ACV & Lemon

You may already know that Vitamin C is the talk of the town in the skincare world. It aids in your skin’s natural regeneration process, which helps your body repair damaged skin cells but they also have their own health benefits when you consume them.
Apple Cider Vinegar helps to treat and reduce the pervasiveness of acne and it has anti-aging properties. It also contains acetic acid that helps your body ingest minerals and rebalance the pH of the stomach.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1 cup of water (preferably warm)
Steps
- Combine ingredients and mix them in water
- Add honey or any sweetener (optional)
- Enjoy it before your bedtime!
3. Matcha Latte

Matcha helps to counteract sebum oxidation and reduce inflammation as it contains antioxidants. If you think that matcha does not differ much with green tea, you are wrong! Matcha contains 137 times more antioxidants just because matcha is made with premium tea leaves grind into powder form and it is known to have the highest antioxidant rating among all superfoods.
4. Spearmint Tea
